Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to the use of the information and services ("Services") provided through the Site, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2. Definitions
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
1. "Site" means the wimcorp.co.kr website operated by the Company to provide Services to users.
2. "User" means an individual or legal entity who accesses the Site and receives Services under these Terms.
3. "Content" means all information and materials, including text, images, videos, and documents, posted on the Site.
Article 3. Posting and Amendment of Terms
1. The Company shall post these Terms on the Site so that users can easily review them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendment does not violate applicable laws.
3. When the Company amends these Terms, it shall announce the effective date and reasons for the amendment, along with the current Terms, at least 7 days prior to the effective date. For amendments unfavorable to users, the announcement shall be made at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
Article 4. Provision of Services

• Technical materials and announcements
• Receipt and response to inquiries
• Other services designated by the Company
2. If there are changes to the content, method, or hours of the Services, the Company shall announce the reasons, content, and effective date of such changes on the Site in advance.
Article 5. Suspension of Services
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of Services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities, interruption of communications, or other force majeure events.
2. The Company is not liable for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of Services under the preceding paragraph, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6. Obligations of the User
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
1. Providing false information
2. Misappropriating another person's information
3. Unauthorized modification, damage, or destruction of information posted on the Site
4. Infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
5. Acts that damage the reputation of the Company or third parties, or interfere with their business
6. Publishing or posting obscene, violent, or otherwise socially unacceptable information on the Site
7. Other acts in violation of applicable laws
Article 7. Intellectual Property
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Site and Services belong to the Company.
2. Users may not use, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast any information obtained through the Services that is subject to the Company's intellectual property rights for commercial purposes, nor allow third parties to do so, without the Company's prior consent.
3. Trademarks and logos appearing on the Site, including WIM, W-RC, PLEM, AI-MANIPULATOR, and WIMPACK, are registered trademarks or trademarks of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
Article 8. Disclaimer
1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of Services in the event that Services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, hacking, service interruptions by telecommunication carriers, or equivalent circumstances.
2. The Company is not liable for service failures attributable to the user's fault.
3. The Company is not liable for any loss of profit expected from the use of Services or for damages caused by materials obtained through the Services.
4. The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Site.
Article 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
1. The Company and users shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably through mutual consultation.
2. Litigation arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
